New contract awardedDLP were pleased to announce the commencement in June 2009 of a 12 million pound contract with Arena Homes doing day-to-days and refurbishment for 14,000 properties over three years.
DLP are now responsible for the following areas for the repairs and refurbishments in Liverpool, Knowsley, Sefton, St Helens, Vale Royal, Warrington, West Lancashire and Wigan.
We had to take more staff for this contract, inside and outside the office, and also had to extend our offices to manage the mass workload.
30 companies expressed initial interest in this contract. Twelve companies were shortlisted by residents and a community board was involved in selecting DLP as one of the companies to run the maintenance contract for Arena Homes
