DLP was established in 1992 as a Salford based building maintenance contractor. The company has through its reputation for service delivery grown considerably since that time.

We have developed the business to reflect the needs of Social Landlords and individual key Clients to ensure that we offer the highest quality planned and responsive repairs maintenance services.

DLP now operates across the north west of England utilising a number of strategic satellite offices to complement the extensive office and warehouse facility which it owns in Salford ideally placed close to the M60 and M602.

We are able to provide a comprehensive “one stop shop” service to our clients by offering access to all key trades (electricians, gas engineers, plumbers, joiners, roofers, brick layers, decorators and plasterers) in house.

DLP operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ensuring that we are able to meet our Clients stringent standards.
